周末干点什么？

　　忙碌一周下来，精神肉体均处于紧张状态。不知如何安排宝贵的周末。懒觉是一定不能免的，可也不能睡24小时。剩下的时间，去河边散步？去溜店？去...
　　唉！忙的时候抱怨没的闲，闲的时候抱怨没事干。看来心还是没有闲。心闲下来了才叫清心。“清心的人有福了！”。那么怎样清心呢？
　　想起墙上挂的一幅画，配有一段文字分享如下：

　　　　it is the music of the soul
