不能忍

从来不是一个会STAND OUT的人。吃了亏，忍忍就过去了。

总觉得人在做，天在看，蜗牛角上争何事。

但是忍无可忍，无须再忍。

第一次STAND OUT了。

昨天问了工资的事情，今天再和老板娘谈了:

You are a nice person, so I would like talk to you frankly. I don’t like talking behind people, whatever I feel, I say it straight away.

Their working time depends on our timetable. They do exactly the same job, produce pastry staff, not customer serving or cleaning. 2 weeks training. $ 17 is after tax.

I didn’t ask for that. I just ask for what you promised. If you didn’t promise that, I should keep the job in that café. Everyone has to live, every single cent I spend here I have to earn by myself.

(Danny must make a mistake. We can’t pay for that. After Xmas, we might increase your payment, see how things going.)

Fine. If you would like to pay like that, it is fine for me. Then I just ask for one thing, could you write me the letter if I need to apply for TRA assessment?

(We can only give you the amount you work here. If you don’t work enough hours, we can’t give you the whole amount. Once there was a boy working here, he cheated me and I get very upset. He promised he would work here 40 hours per week, but once he got the letter, he quit.)

这里说的信的事情，是关于澳洲的一项移民政策，工作经验算移民分，所以很多雇主占此克扣员工。

我每次听到那谁谁说“This is Australia, not China any more，we have laws setting the standard payment. If government knows that, they would be in big trouble.”就郁闷。靠! Oz就特民主啦？天下的白乌鸦也就传说神农架里有人见过，俺们鸟屎都没看着一颗。哪里的政府不是政府啦。是，我是可以一个电话打到政府热线告发不良雇主，然后捏？就算不丢工作，老板这里那里给你小鞋穿穿难道很开心吗？找茬还不容易吗，说出来理由都是冠冕堂皇的。

这项移民分政策出来以后，很多雇主就联系学校找要移民需经验的学生做免费劳工，很多学生还高兴得不得了咧。真是皆大欢喜：雇主不用花钱雇人（那还算雇主吗？），学生拿到经验，学校可以借机宣传自己能提供机会让你拿到经验分移民，政府解决了劳工短缺问题。你要告？多少人还不乐意咧！

所以民主这种事情，呵呵。您就说吧。
