朋友给分享了几个蛋糕方子,说是做起来很简单,看那天她带到我家的成品也不错,就贴在这里有空试试。
Cake
Toasted walnut cake
Butter 1 cup
Suger 1 cup
Brown suger 1 cup
Eggs 4
Vanilla extra 1 tsp
All-purpose flour 2 ½ cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Milk 1 cup
Chopped walnut, toasted 1 cup
- beat butter and both suger in big bowl until light and creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Stir.
- combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
- add flour mixture to butter mixture in 3 additions, alternating with milk in additions begginning and ending with flour mixture.
- fold in walnuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake in 350F for 1 hour.
Pineapple coconut cake
Suger 1 cup
Butter ½ cup
Eggs 2
Can of crust pineapple with juice
Milk 1/3 cup
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Baking powder 4 tsp
Coconut ¾ cup
- beat butter and suger in big bowl until light and creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Add pineapple and milk. Beat until just combined.
- combine flour and baking powder in small bowl. Add to pineapple mixture. Add coconut. Stir well.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake in 325F for 45 minutes.
Chocolate banana cake
Semi-sweet chocolate baking quuares 4
Butter ¾ cup
All-purpose flour 1 ½ cup
Suger ¾ cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Buttermilk 1 cup
Small banana 1
Eggs 2
- heat and stir chocolate squaresin small heavy saucepan on lowest heatuntil chocolate is almost melted. Set aside.
- combine nest 4 indredients in alarge bowl. Make a weel in centre.
- add buttermilk, bananaand eggs to well. Beat until smooth.
- add chocolat mixture. Stir.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake in 350F for 40 minutes.
Honey walnut cake
Liquid honey 1 cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Butter ¾ cup
Suger ½ cup
Eggs 3
All-purpose flour 1 ¾ cup
Baking powder 2 tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Chopped walnut, toasted 1 cup
- beat honey and yogurt in small bowl.
- beat butter and suger in large bowl until light and creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
- combine nexr 4 ingredients inseparate small bowl. Add to butter mixture. Stir. Add honey mixture. Stiruntil well combined.
- add walnut. Stir.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake in 350F for 1 hour.
Blueberry cheesecake
Crust
Vanilla wafer 4 cups
Butter ½ cup
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Filling
Eggs 4
Suger ¾ cup
Blocks of cream cheese 3
Sour cream 2/3 cup
Lemon juice 1/3 cup
Topping
Blueberry 2 cups
Suger 1/3 cup
Water 1 tsp
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Crust
- process wafers in blender until fne crumbs.
- combinecrumbs, butter and nutmeg in medium bowl.
- pree evenly in bottom of pan. Chill in 1 hour.
Filling
- beat suger and eggs in big bowl until thick and pale.
- add next 4 ingredines. Beat until well combined.
- pour over crust. Bake in 325F for 1 to 11/4 hours.
Topping
- combine blueberry and suger in medium sauspan. Heat and stir in medium for 5 to 7 minutes until suger is dissovled.
- pour blueberry in sauspan make blueberry mixture.
- stir waterin cornstarch in small cup until smooth.
- add to blueberry mixture. Stir until thickened.
- pour over top of cheesecake in pan. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Almond raspberry cheesecake
Crust
Vanilla wafer 1 cups
Ground almonds ¾ cup
Butter ¼ cup
Filling
Blocks of cream cheese 8 oz
Ricotta cheese 1 cup
Suger 1 cup
Sour cream 1 cup
Eggs 4
Egg yolk 1
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Lemon zest 1 tbsp
Fresh raspberries 11/4 cup
Sliced almonds with skin 1/3 cup
Crust
- process wafers in blender until fne crumbs.
- combine crumbs, butter and almonds in medium bowl.
- press evenly in bottom of pan. Chill in 1 hour.
Filling
- beat suger and cheeses in big bowl until smooth.
- add next 5 ingredines. Beat well.
- pour over crust. Bake in 350F for 1 hour.
