K always say I am a person love to eat more than anybody else. I think probably in general Chinese know how to make tasty food.

I don't have too much time to learn how to make good dinner. I borrow some idea from Bean Sprout and make a collection of my personal favorite recipes.

烤茄子: Unsuccessful. It was not like I thought. I think cook it like lasagna should be better as I had in some resturant.

Frittata: Very good! Instead of ham, I chopped some left over Italian sausage and put in it, besides of that also put spinach instead of parsley. It was delicious.
