WB Editor(http://wbeditor.cweblogs.com/) is a SharpReader(http://www.sharpreader.net) plugin, it is basically a blog tool which allow you to post your content to your webblogs without visiting it.
It is like blogBuddy which I introduced, but it is better. Because it provides a WYSIWYG user interface, so you do not have to remember HTML tags and input them.
Today it released a new version(0.6.1) which solved the published problem, so you can use it to post something to your westca blogs, but only in English. Please do not try to post any thing contains Chinese Characters, otherwise you will get really messy result.
Here are some option you may need to configure WB Editor:

blogBuddy is a small Windows 95/NT/ME/2000/XP program that can let you manage your weblogs without visiting it. You can download it from http://blogbuddy.sourceforge.net/.

I did not go to http://www.westca.com to post this post, instead I used blogBuddy. This is the only tool I can now post content to westca.com blog without visiting it, but it does not support Chinese Characters.
