今天晴天，明天起又是个一星期的雨雪天！
做完准备运动后，发现大门没锁。
14：10开始往上爬；
14：31 到1/4段 （21分钟）；
14：44 到1/2段 （13分钟）；
15：01 到3/4段 （17分钟）
15：15 到山上 （14分钟）。
2010年第二次爬Grouse Grind。
刚刚发现今天比一个月前爬的每段时间都少了2分钟。
真巧！

Grouse Grind 2009/11/01
原本想照以往一样，睡过午觉后再去，谁知15：00要封山路。
只能吃饱了饭硬上了。
14：40 开始往上爬；
15：05 到1/4段 （25分钟）；
15：20 到1/2段 （15分钟）；
15：40 到3/4段 （20分钟）
15：55 到山上 （15分钟）。
也许是今年最后一次爬Grouse Grind了。
下山买了年票，得了各一次的在山顶免费滑雪、溜冰和穿雪鞋的赠券。挺划算的！

外，还将包括：
2、Shenandoah National Park, Virginia
3、Colonial National Historical Park, Virginia
(Jamestown, Yorktown, and Williamsburg)
4、George Washington Birthplace National Monument, Virginia
5、Newport, Rhode Island
恳请高手指点！
